Bob’s wishes were for cremation and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Bob was born on July 18, 1951, in Loup City, to Louie and Monica (Skibinski) Peters. He grew up in Loup City and graduated from the Catholic High School in 1969. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1970 and was honorably discharged in 1972. On May 12, 1979, Bob was united in marriage to Pam Schroder. The couple lived in Loup City.
Bob was a member of St. Josaphat’s Catholic Church and the American Legion Post 48. He enjoyed attending auctions with his wife, being outdoors, caring for the animals on the farm, watching the Huskers play, and being a prayer warrior for many. Bob The Sherman County Times | February 26, 2025
enjoyed his career of operating heavy machinery and working with his son and brothers. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and getting to attend his grandchildren’s activities.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Pam; children, Matt Peters of Loup City, Lea (Kenny) Martin of Ravenna, and Lacy (Christian) Robles of Grand Island; grandchildren, Dalton, Nathan, Emily, Mannox, Kenley, Haley, Gavin, and Moises; brothers, Tom (Donna) Peters of Loup city and Jim (Carol) Peters of Lincoln; and sister inlaw, Toni Peters of Loup City.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Elaine (Larry) Krzycki; brother, Larry Peters; and infant brother, Joseph Peters.
