NATIONAL HISTORY DAY DISTRICT CONTEST

Sixty-three students from the eighth, ninth, tenth, and eleventh grades at Loup City Public Schools traveled to University of Nebraska at Kearney in Kearney for the National History Day (NHD) regional contest on March 12th.

This year’s theme was “Rights and Responsibilities in History.” The theme invited students to consider questions of time and place, cause and effect, change over time, and impact and significance.
