The Guy Mills family would like to thank several of our friends and neighbors who assisted in his end-of-life journey as well as his Celebration of Life service.
We’ve tried to personally thank as many of you as possible, but if we’ve missed someone, please know that wasn’t our intention. Thanks to Dr. Randall Goldfish; the wonderful staff at Valley County Hospice who journeyed with Guy for almost a year and a half, providing care and prayer; personal care givers Jessica Bokish and Susan Bright; and in the last days of his life—Brookestone View and Hospice staff.
Thanks also to St.
Josaphat’s Church: Fr.
Richard Piontkowski, the musicians, Knights of Columbus and the Altar Society for everything. Thanks to Mark Higgins for coordinating arrangements; and to Duane Christiansen, who went above and beyond in inclement weather, ensuring the road to Liberty Cemetery was open; and to the others who made burial possible on a subzero, blizzardy day in a country cemetery. Special thanks to Tom and Deb Smedra for their love, support, and care.
Thanks also for the visits, food, calls, texts, flowers, and memorial gifts.
Elsie Mills, Mel and Roberta Snyder, Rosalie Hurt, Guyla Mills, Guy Mills, Jr., and Alan and Robin Mills
